Wow, Abrams likes Uncharted. This has me thinking of what an Uncharted movie would be like with him at the helm.

I wouldn't got so far as to offer this kind of blanket advice. I've been playing this for the past two days on a 2010 MacBook Pro with good results. No, settings are not maxed out, but it looks good on low (1280x800), and I've got 30+ fps at all times.

I've been having a blast with this on my 2010 MacBook Pro, and it's only got an Nvidia 320m. Most settings are on low, but it still looks great, and I'm consistently over 30 fps.

I agree with everything you just said. Nomura has been the downfall of this series, and I've never been a fan of his work save the original FFVII.

While I love the games in Square's older library, in no way would I want to see modern updates of these classics. The company as it stands is so out of touch that any sequel would surely contain loads of crap that nobody is asking for, and little—if anything—of what fans really want.
