Meh. I find it really isn’t all that necessary for pasta that can be covered fully by the water uncooked, like penne. It’s more for noodles like lasagna or spaghetti that will have parts sticking out of the water and then will not be evenly cooked.
I used to have problems with strands sticking together with just regular pasta until I changed two things. First I no longer add the pasta to the water right away. I wait for it to boil first. I dunno. I’ve never been when someone was disruptive or using their phone when they weren’t supposed to be. As for the food, while it’s good, it’s nothing to write home about. Same as most other good restaurants. But it’s been years since I’ve been and I only went a few times.
