The website is mum on what is in it. But based on the other sauces and dips they server, and the idea that they don’t want to replicate something similar, it is possibly cream cheese or french onion based? I would lean more to cream cheese based on the texture.

That would be leagues better than anything mayo based.

I’ve tried to deep fry a few things and it never turns out right. Too soggy, burnt, etc. Also clean up is a pain.

Yeah, this is why I normally defaulted to Ballpark, because of the size. Also they were not overly expensive. But the Sam’s Club here sell the bigger Nathan’s, so I decided to pony up a bit more cash and was not disappointed.
