i think there are good ways to go about gun regulations, i just don’t think this is one of them based on a lot of reasons extending beyond the second amendment (which i neither wholly agree or disagree with)

my argument is with the terror watch list as a whole: the process for adding people to the list, why they are on the list, and myriad other reasons detailed in the sources above

should the democrat’s proposal go through, which is what i was referring to in the OP, it would violate second amendment rights
