I fixed it! It's activated because I had my chinese keyboard on. Don't know why I thought that that would fix it but it did. I think it's interesting that Apple has this function where certain parts of the os activate after certain parameters are met. and yes I know i'm talking to myself.

Why is Weibo so prominent in the photo share screen? I know what it is, but why can't I get rid of it since I'm never going to use it? I'm going to use the "use as wallpaper" button way more and that's on another screen. Pretty much the only thing I hate.
