I'm pretty sure Alan Moore publicly stated that he more or less felt like these prequels were raping his creation, but he doesn't legally have the ability to prevent them, as I think DC owns all of the writes to Watchmen.

Not to mention, the Shins are a little mainstream to be excited about pre-conference. If they had played some Future Islands or something like that it would have blown my mind.
I think what would give this title some legs as far as not being a "pack in" title would be if it had regular updates by Nintendo for free through the seemingly now-functional online service. It's a decent jumping off point, but they need to keep building on the concept.
Really though, it's pretty frustrating that you can get banned for something like that but you can't contact the dude that banned you because your account has been banned.

72 hours actually, and the schedule-based world is by far the most lively and intricate ever presented in a Zelda game. You basically skipped over the most interesting Zelda game ever made.
