I am glad everyone has fallen out of love with Girls. I really, really enjoyed the first season. I feel like the quality of that show steeply declined somewhere in the second season. I just can't relate to a single character on the show anymore. They are all soooo awful.

I have simply become way too cynical since my first viewing of this film to ever enjoy it again. Great performance from Sally Fields though.

Did you see A Prairie Home Companion? I'm no Lindsay Lohan apologist, but she is really strong here. And that says something considering all her scenes were with Meryl Streep and Lily Tomlin. She even has own musical number that she nails.
