This is just another example of how crappy houses are built today...if this was a building from the earlier half of the 20th century, there wouldn't be much left of the car.

My uncle owns a small used car dealership and he sells Impalas by the dozens. Why? They're cheap as fuck at the dealer auctions, since there's so many of them and they're not particularly desirable.
