@Hello Mister Walrus: fatalverve basically said it. If you want a phone with all these awesome abilities and don't want to worry about whether or not something will work or perform differently depending on what phone you get, just buy an iPhone.

@Caturday Yet?: Agreed. I want a video loop of the stuff just sloshing around all over my desktop.

@bobofish: The difference between wiping a hard drive and/or installing an OS versus the things you just described is that the former can be done by just following a very simple bullet-point list available all over the Internet.

@Bluecold: You can run water through a coffee machine without a filter and no coffee grinds. Pour over leaves. Boom, tea made with shiny machine.

@kevin.kimmich: It's late and I pretty much just skimmed the article, but couldn't someone pedal-power a drying/washing machine if the motion was directly applied to the drum rather than trying to power a traditional electrical appliance through traditional means?

Awesome app I'd like to recommend: Lips. You can type whatever you want, pick a voice, and export as an audio file. One use I've found for it is grabbing a couple longer articles online, copying and pasting them into Lips, then putting the audio files on my iPhone.

@Feetsthss: Absolutely. Dropbox has a Public folder. Everything that goes in it automatically gets a public link. You can send that directly to people, or you can actually use Dropbox as a personal web host.

@Tommy Five: Agreed. And if anything, Facebook apps made the site a less attractive option.

@Robotronic: Sure it was. Mr. Gore single-handedly invented it.

@Nitesh Singh: You can buy remote adapters for about $10 and use them with any pair of headphones in the world.

@dspin9: OMGosh that would be awesome. In a 1990s-Space-Jam-toys-from-McDonald's kind of way.

@MadCow234: Awesome! Getting it set up now, sounds pretty sweet. Does the computer always have to be on though?

@sbunny: But my Blackjack II allowed me to play Super Nintendo via emulator through a good chunk of high school! Entirely worth the cluttered interface to me. (It's just not the same on my iPhone without real buttons.)

@MiKHEILL: Your unnecessarily long-as-hell response reminds me of a good friend of mine from school. Ergo, I am further compelled to agree with what you have stated within the confines of this forum.
