Being one of the kickbackers for this game, I played the beta a few months ago, and tried a bit of the final product some weeks ago. With that said, there are some things I agree and disagree the review.

I think the problem here is that you're reviewing this as a new Larry title, and it is not. It is an update of the original game which has quite dated jokes and situations that people not fondly remembering the game may either cringe or feel nothing for. The only things that actually clicked with me as mildly funny

Real Talk — I would actually play a retro-styled Leisure Suit Larry.

You are the most astonishingly patient person I have ever seen on the internet. Seriously. This guy is clearly a fucking moron.

You're full of it aren't you? I'm not even sure why I'm replying to you to be honest anymore.

Whether the beast was a beast or a man isn't up for debate. She turned him into a beast away from a man. Not giving him the look of a beast. Turning him into a real life beast. Yes, this is cartoons, and imaginary worlds, and frankly, anything can happen. Whether you like it or not.

Wait! I remember the issue where Kwanon (the original Japanese ninja) came back in white Betsy Braddock's body. But, white Betsy's body had the Legacy virus and so the white body (aka Kwanon) died.

Agreed, while a lot of the Pixar movies have sad moments, Toy Stor 3 was one of the few that made me tear up.

Wildstar...

OH HELL, REMEMBER ME.

If only there were some sort of physical medium which could hold a BD disc worth of data which could then be installed to the Xbox and then set aside.

So Sony forcing PSN on you and keeping online codes going is a choice of freedom? They're just a generation behind. Enjoy your last 4-5years of disc based gaming. By the end of this cycle, most will purchase digitally. At least Microsoft was trying to put a system in place to allow you to trade/sell digital versions.

Final Fantasy XIII

RIP Yellow Ranger :(

So, to make sure I'm understanding this correctly, despite raising almost ten times the amount requested on Kickstarter, and having a Humble Bundle recently with Broken Age as a BTA item, more funds still need to be raised??? I know, I know, game development is expensive, blah blah blah blah blah.... but.... really?

I was wondering the same thing!

Seconded. It's one reason why I'm choosing to buy it over the PS4 later this year. Putting aside all the other controversies for a moment, the simple truth is that the XB1 (that's what I'm calling it) offers more functionality. It isn't JUST a game machine anymore and there's more than JUST me in my household.

I'm just thrilled I'll have one less input on my a/v receiver in use. Since I can plug my Tivo into my Xb1 into the receiver...2 gadgets, 1 receiver. Sounds sexy, no?

Why is that every time a white/ caucasian group is racially targeted the whole thing is dismissed, and looked over, as "not a big deal."

I am not offended. So... who cares?
