Well I did address that in another post, but Brand New Day did attempt to explain several of the changes to the Spidey continuity during its run.

Still doesn't jive. Cause if your looking at it that way, what they basically did is attempt to start the Ultimate Universe back in the 90s with Heroes Reborn. And they failed back then and created a story to kick them back into the proper Marvel U.

They didn't move Fury from the Ultimate Universe. They created the character in the 616 Universe. Their are now three Nick Fury's in the Marvel Universe. Nick Fury Sr., Nick Fury Jr. and Nick Fury of the Ultimate Universe.

No More Mutants didn't erase mutants from the universe. Everyone who existed still did, they just found themselves suddenly without their powers.

Most of those events didn't change the entire nature of the universe permanently.

You mean like the deal that Wally West made with The Spectre to get the entire DC Universe to forget his identity too?

We're not talking about soft reboots though. We're talking about DC's tendency for hard reboots that sometimes never ever jive and are made to fit.

While I know wrestling is fake, just watching this clip up to where he goes for his flying headbutt and ends up bouncing off this guys knees, I think a lot of the fake wrestling still hurts and can cause actual realistic damage.
