    1000 times this - always roast the potatoes for a much fuller/richer flavour (also, it fixes the starch which means you are less likely to make wallpaper paste by mistake).

    Is “bacon grease” lard? And would chicken stock do as a replacement for “low sodium chicken broth”?

    Agreed- it was the best of the entire Netflix Marvel Universe.

    A lot of AVClubs recent reviews are based on binging the entire series in a weekend and therefore missing a lot of plot (especially nuances). I’ve just starting ignoring them.
