Is “bacon grease” lard? And would chicken stock do as a replacement for “low sodium chicken broth”?

The low hanging fruit in that situation would have been “spilling the beans”...

Agreed- it was the best of the entire Netflix Marvel Universe.

A lot of AVClubs recent reviews are based on binging the entire series in a weekend and therefore missing a lot of plot (especially nuances). I’ve just starting ignoring them.

Damn. I knew it was coming. For for what it’s worth, I thought series 3 was the best of all the Netflix/Marvel series.

Spinach is not a legume- legumes are peas and beans.

    He’s danish...

I mentioned the same thing here when AVClub first announced their adaptation. Looks like the AVClub still hasn’t gotten round to seeing it...

“Are you a dracula? You’re dressed like a dracula...”

Racking my brains over where I’d seen him before- He was Claudio on The Bridge (the original version).

I’d probably go with a pale ale (not an IPA, APA or any of the other variants). It’s a low ABV, decent body, and the hops are mainly bittering (but not too high on the IBUs) with possibly a little citrus. Readily accessible.

In Ireland, if St Patricks falls on a Thursday, we get Friday off as well (National Hangover Day). In my company, we also get Monday off if St Patricks falls on a Tuesday. And as it’s a bank holiday, we always get the Monday off if it falls on a Saturday or Sunday.

They were also worried that the government wanted to take away their guns...

Better choice would be acidic wines (mainly white).

American: “Do you guys celebrate Thanksgiving in the UK?”
Me: “Yes, but we celebrate it in September”
    American: “Why so?”
Me: “Because that’s when they left...”

Good news America- you’ve got Derry Girls heading your way...
