Use proper oats, not quick cook. Simmer the night before for 10 minutes in a 50/50 water/milk mix with a dash of salt. Cover saucepan and leave until morning. Bring back to a simmer for 3 minutes. Serve.

I use a partial cook method the previous night too, and just finish off in the morning (3 minute simmer).

It’s about the best you can do with breast meat- marinade the fuck out of it.
