I think the main problem with a lot of vegan food is that it is severely lacking in flavour- I wish a lot of restaurants who look at Indian vegan food and try replicating some of that I have no problem eating sag aloo or tarka dahl- I do have problems with raw vegetables which seems to be all most vegan restaurants…
