I don't agree with you that all US output is shite- Netflix have produced some consistently great programming this year.

Let's face it- both Best TV lists are shit. They don't acknowledge any programs coming outside the US.

Seriously? There were no non-american series that deserved a place on this list? Last Kingdom? Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell? The Returned? The Bridge? Doctor Who? All these were far better than 80% of this list.

The last episode was on bbc tonight. They announced series 2 will return in 2016

"Band aids" would most likely be chlorophenols

"He loves those long necks"… Indeed he does.

Ah Burn Gorman- or the Incredible Acting Jaw as we used to call him in Torchwood.

Apparently it's not available in my country.

thank god they never went with the "virus that causes xenomorphism" script- that was shite.

I was really surprised to find that it wasn't Torchwood behind the whole thing. Aliens hidden in London? Advanced tech? RetCon? Had TW written all over it. And remember, the Doctor did tell Ashildr about Captain Jack.

Does Luke Cage walk around with a circular saw just in case he needs to prove how badass he is at a drop of a hat?

She always reminds me of the giraffe aliens from the Star Wars prequels.

This series had two of my most favourite sight gags ever in comedy- The helper monkey (with a knife) advancing on a incapacitated Craig- and when the boys let off the biggest firework ever "When do we get our sight back?", "The store owner said 3 days.", "Totally worth it"

'erbs? What the hell is 'erbs? And bazzzil?

He did a stand up show here in Dublin, he was good, but wasn't great. The warm up act was better.

the movie, yes. The graphic novel is still a work of genius.

Next, a tutorial on how to make mustard gas from standard household items…

he claimed, on a talk show, that the girls in his college nicknamed him "Bendydick Cumonmybaps"

I'd go for December 25th, right after the Doctor Who Christmas special

One hit wonder? Plastic Age, Clean Clean and Elstree also charted.
