That does come thru though if you know history- the Peninsula War lasted 7 years and ended in 1814, and the events that would lead up to the battle of Waterloo occurred a year after that in 1815.

Totally, rewatched it recently when all the episodes showed up on Youtube. Still holds up well. And "Who Monitors The Monitors" is still one of the best episodes of sci-fi TV ever.

    Wot? No Poldark?

Agreed- interesting that a mention of it never even made the review.

It was interesting but I already guessed that Nomi would be born by C-Section- The mother is clearly a "too posh to push"

Anyone up for "The Hick and The Frog Revengence Agency" spinoff?

It never really added up to the sum of its parts. It would have probably been great as a series of 30 seconds sketches in a TV show.

I did not think that this story would have any resonance outside of Ireland.

    Finally.
