Link is a guy plain and simple, no if or buts about it from a lore perspective. Whether or not that was Link in the video is a different story but even if it was not Link it still looks like a guy to me.

What difference does that make? They did not say all the characters in the game would be male, only the playable ones and you would not be playing the one you linked. They probably have a lot of strong and well made female characters in the game just not one that is playable.

I doubt it would raise the money because that money would go to the union who are trying to stop him earning a living in the first place. People are not generally keen to hand over their money to such jackasses who run the union since that will lead to more blackmailing from the union against many more members given

A lot of games these days pre-load before transition to the next scenes. It is not dishonest at all, not even in the slightest and that's just one example. Your claim of pre-loading is "dishonest' is just plain weird.

As much as I like that, I thought in this day and age loading screens should be no longer a thing...there is so many ways to get around a requirement of a loading screen that they seem out of place now.

Heterosexual should not have been the only option in the first place in both games but at least this one is fixing it.

After FF14 was first launched who would have thought people would be saying "for the popular MMORPG" further down the line. They did such good job rebuilding the game that it is even more impressive given how much they had to change. I do own a copy but I don't play it simply because I lack the time and desire for

You have bad priorities. Look like they actually care? Your argument falls on it's face at this stage. What they should care about is their games, how passionately they talk about them and how excited they are in creating them not what you think of their attire. A large majority of the most creative people in this

No it is not. They are not talking to industry professionals AT ALL. The target audience for E3 is not other corporate entities, it is not Evan or the press, it is the everyday gamers on the other end of the lens and live streams. The games are already being funded by the people giving the presentations, they are not

You don't understand E3 if think it's to impress the press or investors. It's for the gamers, they talk through the press not to the press. The press are not the target audience, the gamers are on the other end. They do not need to impress Evan with how they dress. Given the rise of live streaming this is more

Glad someone understands, I don't think Evan and sites like Kotaku realize they are not talking to them and they are not the target of E3, they are talking through them to us the gamers on the other end of the articles, the live streams and interviews.

...and that is why your a dick. If you do not want to support a publisher do so by not buying their games but do not then go any steal copies of their games which makes you a bigger dick than you claim they are.

How is that ever a win? Nintendo are struggling because lack of third party titles, the lack of titles is partially due to the user base being pompous and stuck up about how they only care about first party titles. No publisher in their right mind would waste time supporting a console with a user base that has such

I prefer it this way where not everyone who comes on the floor looks like a corporate shill. Someone dressed like they work in a bank does not inspire me to buy their games. Someone who looks like an actual every day gamer might though. If a guy comes on stage in a tutu I am more likely to buy their games than someone

..and that attitude is why the WiiU is going to fail. If the user base only cares about first party titles then why would any third party care about supporting the system with such a user base.

Good for you, help contribute to the death of your beloved WiiU platform by boycotting any publisher who may decide to partially support it with multiplatform games just because they do not want to give it exclusive ones...

The irony is in almost every discussion I have had with Nintendo fanboys they say they love the system for the first party games, the perceived higher quality of those first party titles. Some even going so far as to say first party titles is why they bought the system. A lot of them have said they do not care much

This and The Division are the two most interesting games from Ubisoft I have seen at this years E3 so far.

My reaction to that scene...looks like more populated version of AC2's crowd gathering at the hanging scene, switching the hanging platform for the dome center piece which crowd gather around.

The Division is one of the games I most look forward to from Ubisoft right now. Last year between the reveal of Destiny, Watch Dogs and Division this was by far the most interesting looking one out of them. I have no intention of buying the other two but this one I do want.
