Any moderately-experienced OS X user will use his/her thumb for Command instead of his/her pinky. Exactly the same, just people are more experienced at one versus the other.

Take a breather. I think iTunes performs admirably based on everything it does: organize music, TV shows, movies, podcasts, internet radio, apps, and playlists. That's a tall order in and of itself.
