I only use it at school. We're forbidden to download anything, and the default browser is [cringe] Internet Explorer 6.

maybe not yet, but a core rewrite of Windows is long overdue. Preferably one with an vastly improved Registry, or no registry at all.

@ElementalMember: sorry, looking at it again, if you right-click on your chrome icon in RocketDock and then click "Icon Settings...", you can set this. just enter "—bookmark-menu" in the "Arguments" bar.
