I mean you’re making excuses. Drax is stronger but no matter how strong you are if you hit a 50 foot redwood type and have no damage when a foot solider punches you I lost interest.

What are your thoughts on guardians two when drax is literally just crashing into trees without any weight or consequence? I love the guardians movies but silly inconsequential action is kind of their thing

People think the marvel action scenes are good? I like some of them but their action is pretty terrible for example that cartoon they started playing at the end of black panther or the endless pointless robots in ultron.

Well he did make Ellen ripley into a huge bad ass in aliens. But that wasn’t his creation and more an expected progression of her character. He usually writes pretty good female character or at least makes them as dull as his male characters.

I didn’t like the mayor at all. It didn’t have any bite as a social satire and tried to turn actual problems with race and class into family friendly fun. I’m not into that especially with shows like Atlanta and even Vice principals doing it much better without the after school specialness of it

Isn’t hulu owned by the big networks now? I figured this would happen. Man hulu and amazon are really beating Netflix in terms of shows and big budget movies I would never pay to see but will watch. It’s way better than Netflix’s current movie selection most of which they would have to pay me to watch
