“The film also used various digital effects for the second ski chase...”

Altogether now: RAM-PAGE! RAM-PAGE! RAM-PAGE! Do you think they heard us in Auburn Hills?

I’d never thought of it as “the Bond movie Hitchcock never directed,” but I agree. The similarities to North by Northwest are remarkable.

How very Virginia.

I swear I thought at first the second attempt was written by Smoove B.

For me, it would be the E30 BMW 325is. Driving my brother-in-law’s 325is made an indelible impression on me, and evenutally led to me owning four BMWs (2 E30s, an E21 and an E34). Those Recaro seats...that short shifter. Wow.

To me, the smooth Lexus SC300/400s were not only the most beautiful cars Lexus ever created, but the later models were ruined by the addition of a little “slot grille.” Maybe they thought it would sell better, but it ruined the aesthetic.

The problem, as I understand it, is that you can get either “Eco” or “Boost,” but not both at the same time. In other words, if you put your foot down, the “Boost” eliminates the “Eco.” And vice versa.

I was looking forward to my 1987 BMW 325 becoming 25 years old so I could get one of those tags, but Alabama’s law on “vintage” license plates is written so that,

I think it should be rechristened the VW Genericar. And how come the analog clock doesn’t say it’s 10 minutes till 2:00?

VW can’t get anything right these days. How come the clock doesn’t say it’s ten minutes till 2:00?

I miss the Trooper.

I dig the Fantasivan. All it needs is a cool airbrushed mural on the side.

Here’s a thought exercise: what happens to Volkswagen if you go back in time and murder Hitler?

I love me some Dodge Stealth. Ultimate 90’s car? Perhaps. But I don’t care. It still speaks to me.

I miss Curt Swan.

I’m more inclined to go with AN’s estimate of 3.5 seconds to 60 mph. But I agree: Dodge Dart GLH! Dodge Dart GLH! Boy, do they know how to push my buttons.

Aha. I think you can see where I got easily confused. Of course, if I could distinguish between a Corvette, a Corvair and a Chevette, you’d think I would have gotten this.

Technically, isn’t the current Giulia (not sold in America) FWD, while the new one (the 3 series fighter) will be RWD/AWD?

The first two photos, the one at the Mean Eyed Cat Bar, and the last one with the purple lighting really jumped out at me. My compliments!
