Innova should make a Champion Sunfire after this. I'd huck that off the tee for sure.

I can't claim them as my own original facts but I found the same list that I picked these from republished on no fewer than a dozen different forums or sites... now one more, I guess.

I was looking for a couple specific top fuel dragster tidbits and came up with more than I expected. I know there isn't a ton of NHRA news around these parts (which is fine) but they have always boggled my mind on paper.

It appears this item is still "in stock." I'm kind of surprised by that... I figure they probably had some killer Cyber Monday deal that we all missed out on.

@Harrison: I'm totally with you on that one. If given the choice, goofy wing all the way.

Wow... I'm actually really surprised by the positive response here. It's hard to say without more pictures, but that doesn't look like a $5000 example. But hey, I can't complain too much. Now I know that if I ever want to sell mine, I should post it up on here.

@Harrison: That actually is the later spoiler. 85-87 had the bi-wing and they went to the single wing in 88 due to excess "goofiness."

Now playing

This would be the correct usage of a slippery roundabout.

@SagarikaLumos: It's only unacceptable to those that panic at the name "Pinto." I've heard of these things running forever and mine (the XR4ti variety) hasn't let me down yet.

@Michael Andrews: ...and to think I was bummed at the lack of a Merkur option.

@Alfisted: "I don't know what you're talkin' about, but I seen a GMC before and that ain't it."

*points at my XR4ti*

Seeing this post made my day. Thank you.

@Ryanrule: Seem to be missing a certain vowel and piece of punctuation.

x My name here.

...and yet I'd trade it straight up for my daily driver. Give me an hour. That'll buff right out.
