Great article and great pictures. It really captures the appeal of this car. A car like this is about more than just performance.

This really sucks. I grew up watching Nicky and Tommy.

This car redefined the luxury performance segment. All of the sudden you had a luxury car that was as, or faster than, the Ferraris and Lamborghinis of the time. It made every car manufacturer up their game, and probably led to the stratospheric horsepower numbers we see today.

An iconic design. This car WAS 1990's Mercedes.

This is awesome. All of the bright colorful paint jobs are just fantastic. I wish I was back home in Florida this weekend instead of stuck up here in Alaska. Ugh.
