If it matters, I am talking about Ohio. We seem to a good system for indigent care here. Maybe other states aren’t as lucky.

I know a woman who was uninsured with breast cancer and she underwent chemo. She is doing well today.

Yes. So many people think that the uninsured will die. This is not true. They will be given the same treatment as the people who pay for health care. Then they will recieve bills they will not pay, and the government will send them free money.
