I know many people without healthcare. When they are sick or injured, they go to the hospital and are treated. This includes broken arms, cancer, pancreatitus, fever, alcohaul poisoning, etc. They will not let you die. I generally agree, but they did a really good job with Jurassic Park, so there may be hope. The JP conversion didn’t have things jumping out of the screen, it was mostly layers of depth into the background. I don’t know how they did it, but it looked natural to me.
