I liked pretty much every character on this show, but if all it winds up being is Ruth's emerging as a heel who loves it it's all worth it for me. Alison Brie doing Zoya is a total joy to watch.

I love tattoos, but in this case the only folks with tattoos in that house were the guys that either couldn't make it or caused a problem. To me it seemed pretty cheap as a signal to the viewer that these were characters to worry about.

Anybody else find it a little odd that every "bad guy" at New Canaan has prominent tattoos?

Rectify is absolutely my favorite show of the past decade. Even still, I felt somewhat underwhelmed by aspects of this final season. The introduction of Chloe seemed "neat" in a way that broke some of the suspension of disbelief for me: When Daniel took an interest in art I was genuinely hoping she'd be a vector for

Sure was! :)

I thought it sounded resolutely fake and actually ruined the show for me. Made the whole show felt like someone's idea of the 80s without having lived through it. Play John Carpenter soundtracks side by side with this shlock and the "the 80s were cool" vibe makes this stuff sound absolutely amateurish. Arpeggio all
