I thought the scariest episode of TWD was when the farm got overrun. All those zombies shambling out of the dark really freaked me out.

There was a great moment in this one but it was subtle.
Right at the start when he was going through the shopping, Ichabod pulled out and studied a yellow exfoliator shower-puff things. Then he put it down and did this thing with his hand, like it had been unpleasant to touch. It was very well done.

My favourite moment was when Caroline walked in on Damon and Elena tied/impaled to their chairs and made the one-liner about roommate rules. If I was gay, I would have the hugest crush on Caroline. She always gets the greatest lines.
