Emma is such a terrible cop. Even in a town where the entire population has some pretty severe brain damage she stands out as particularly dumb. When are they going to gather their pitchforks and torches and run her out of town for her complete incompetence?

That happened to me a few times when I was a teenager, I'd wake up from a nap, and my mind would feel fully awake but my body wouldn't move. It was really scary, I'm pretty sure the first time it happened I thought I was going to die, or possibly was already dead.

Do you know why this show keep going on breaks? It's only been a few episodes since the last break.

I really liked this episode. For the first time in I-can't-remember-how-long, the monster was genuinely creepy. The teenagers telling urban legends in the woods felt like an earlier season before this terrible leviathan storyline came along. And Bobby! Yay! His return ended up being much better than Cas's.

But then when you consider each volume broken into two books each, it's really one novel in three volumes in six books. Confusing.

I came here to say this too. Great movie.

It was bad, but I would argue that Van Helsing seemed like it was really TRYING to be good, which makes it's failure that much more spectacular.
