I agree about the attacks on Josh. They devoted an episode of a podcast to attack him and went nuclear because they feel entitled to post content without getting permission. Carrabis has some seriously thin skin.

Preach it. That head line is painting with too broad a brush. Even if you don't have a BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation, there are different kinds of cancer you can get. A double mastectomy for a triple negative aggressive cancer has a different benefit than a double mastectomy for a hormone positive cancer.
