I just find it really hard to believe Xenoblade 2 will be out this year. If it were, this would be worth picking up this holiday season. Otherwise, there aren’t enough titles that stand out enough to warrant a purchase yet.

The story is extremely predictable, but the characters are charming, and carry the game. The game acknowledges archetypes and tropes - to a degree actually being about them.

Are those alternate reality evil versions of the Centurions?

I loved this game. I remember it being very hard. I thought I had finished the whole game when they told me it was time for phase 2.

I personally am richer for these posts of Evan’s. Maldivian comics scholar who could have very easily dismissed Icon as “basically a black Superman” if not for this post. I’m exposed to a lot of similar conversations but Evan’s personal subjective experience engages me in ways anot academic conversation doesn't.

They should release a special edition with both games and call it Pokemon: Darwin.
