I suggest you read the article again if you don’t understand why in fact the only professional thing to do in this situation is to recuse yourself from coverage of the title due to fears of perceived bias.

Yeah, it is a helpful suggestion. Start ripping down the anonymity the internet is based around and make people use a unique personal ID like with their license plate. That way when people are shitheads you can connect it up easily with a real life person. Would eliminate 85% of this overnight.
