If you’re a more casual Street Fighter player... like the majority of Street Fighter players, then you tend to play a much wider variety of characters. Including when you have friends over to play and they might play a variety. But also people like to have a “complete” game.

I can guarantee you that they didn’t leave out most of the titles on your list not because of neglect, but because the corresponding IP owners (EA, 2K, Disney, Starbreeze, WotC) are stubborn and unreasonable to deal with, or because the current licensing situation is unclear.
