I think I'm around 250 right now. I just got a 2nd wall shelf for all mine, woo! I have like 2 or 3 different Clarins dupes and they are all very pretty but I'm not totally sure I get the huge craze. It's hard to say if they're as mind-meltingly awesome as 230 is supposed to be without ever seeing it though!

Yeah, I get my A-Englands from llarowe.com! She's got tons of awesome stuff.

I have roughly 1 million polishes but I think my favorite MIGHT be Super Black Drunk Dial. It is perfect.

I see what you mean with RPat, I'm certainly not arguing that Twilight is a feminist cornerstone picture or anything. But I think the franchise provided groundwork that helped better properties like the Hunger Games to be made, and for that I'm glad Twilight exists (also Twilight Rifftrax, those are good too!).

The one thing I'll say for Twilight is that I think its commercial success has been really good for movies starring young women. Twilight proved that people do go to movies with female protagonists by making a zillion zillion ZILLION dollars. So even though I agree 100% that the actual content of Twilight is total

Email sent! My group and I do a lot of large armor cosplay and I'd be more than happy to do writeups or whatever.

Kamui Cosplay does some amazing work but she's also a professional and probably the best known worbla armorer in the world. There are tons and tons of us out there who make costumes for a hobby only and I certainly hope that we don't hold Kamui's stuff as the standard that has to be met for costumes to be considered

Yeah, I kind of agree. I do a lotttt of cosplay and while I think there's a lot of fun to be had adding in effects later and whatnot, I feel like this is reverse engineering a screenshot rather than producing an image that showcases the cosplay. It's tough when there's not a ton of places on earth that really work for

I'll fucking campaign and vote for you, shit. I protested and did flyers and all but living in Dane, everybody was already voting to recall him anyway. What a rough year for Wisconsin.

Oh yay, I'm so excited for the arguments back and forth about "why don't you adopt" and "why don't you shut up about adoption" that somehow all manage to make it sound like adopted kids are "somebody else's kid" or "too expensive" or somehow abnormal or whatever. It's my favorite crossfire to get caught in!

MST3K forever! My favorites that I don't see mentioned as often:

I agree. I think a lot of the coverage of his whole situation has been pretty terrible. There was an article the other day about how he cried after getting arrested and I'm like, shit, who wouldn't? He's clearly a bit of a moron but that doesn't mean he doesn't have the right to respond in a natural way to an

There definitely is something intriguing about a guy with the Innsmouth look about him...

I one time received a free code to download an erotica story about were-cuttlefish. No further comment.

I totally did this yesterday in Madison! I could only get 1 bubble to actually float because I was using the handle of a scissors as a bubble blower but it froze in mid-air and exploded into tissue-like shreds that flew all over the place.

I agree that the initial dickwolves thing wasn't remotely as offensive as people made it out to be (and I'm a raging feminist here) but his response was just terrible. He also made some very rough, ignorant comments about transgender people not too long ago and once again got embroiled in a whole post-argument instead

Bub's a girl, just FYI

Except that she wanted it to, maybe? I personally would also prefer it with a non-midriff suit but I didn't feel like digging through the internet to find one that's "perfect." It gets my point across well enough—she's obviously a female version of Cap without switching over to a dress of some kind.

I see what you mean with the brands, at least, I'm glad to see that women are embracing properties like Dr. Who and the Avengers and really making it their own. But for me, personally, I am super tired of seeing badass characters (both male and female, really, Wonder Woman gets the treatment too) reduced to ruffles

I kinda wish people would stop designing/making evening gowns/gothic lolita outfits/50s pinup shit for women out of superhero themes. Can we not just be heroes ourselves?
