I currently have one in my garage, but with a 302 and C4 drivetrain and a volare front end welded in.

First trip to Europe last year, was in Belgium on an hour long taxi ride from the Brussels airport to Herentals.  On the way we passed a small dealership that had a Renault Clio V6 tucked behind the glass walls of the showroom.  I only got to see it for a brief second but there was no mistaking those side intakes and

Everyone I know who rides a bike does this. I have a buddy who will call me randomly on a weekend to ask if I’m home because he’s just out on the bike for a while and wants to drop by.

ICYMI Dan Le Batard read part of this article on his ESPN national show this morning.  Thought it was cool

Old slow tin box with pep boys mods, and they wank $6k for it?

Indiana....Has an LJ....

I also have that grinder, and for as little as I need a grinder it is fantastic. Replaced an older corded Dewalt that worked perfectly, but I hated dragging a cord around for a few minutes of cutting and grinding.

Am I the only one who does not find the shape of the sportcross variant attractive?

Frankly, I’m surprised a unibody vehicle with a cut and welded C-pillar would even be allowed to be back on the road, let alone sold as a vehicle with minor imperfections.

Honestly, same.  Over 5 years together she has never seen me without facial hair, does not want to.  Neither do I.

So they want me to get rid of my beard then punish me with a mcrib?

Everyone remembers because you write for a car enthusiast blog and went months neglecting a simple maintenance item that you knew was needed, impaired other drivers the times you needed a missing function of your vehicle, then wrote a story about it

Yeah first gens are awful.  Second gens are easier (remove a panel in the footwell and you can pull it out) but requires some contortionist moves and the 2-part filters are a PITA

Common maintenance? Cool. Probably something a car blogger should know.

Aerokroil

Nah, central NC so no need for them.  Low winter temps will hit the teens like, once a year.  Snow maybe twice a year and the whole city shuts down. Plus the ATs on the Jeep now, I’ll be good

I guess I hit my limit, and almost in that order! My newest is the useful truck though, after a bout of unreliableness from my semi-modern, slightly interesting daily driver.  My project is also a truck that ran on its own for the first time in many years this past weekend

It would be great at all that, I have loaded up the bed a few times and towed a load of plywood home for a friend (~2500lbs without trailer brakes), handled it all great.  For heavy towing it could use a bit more torque but overall I’m happy, I may be the lone holdout on wanting the 6.4 in mine.  More power would be

the Gladiator met a huge mix of strange criteria I wanted in my next vehicle.  The only miss was something that was a great driver’s car but that part did not jibe with the rest anyway....What I got was a manual convertible pickup that is also a Jeep.  I’ve used it to tow and haul and it’s very comfortable while still

Thankfully the chassis on this one was solid but nothing else gave you any confidence that it would work the next time you asked it to.
