We’re clearly different because my wife does not want to see her family at Christmas. Well, she wants to see them but for safety reasons we’re backing out of it. Her family is almost all in the town where they were born, grew up, and married - very few of them have gone any meaningful distance from home and the ones

I’m seeing my parents the day after thanskgiving but it’s looking more and more likely there will be no christmas plans. If we go to my wife’s side we’ll have to see all her grandparents, one with failing kidneys, another fighting cancer among many other problems.

No idea, but not worth the time and hassle for me

reluctant ND. I like the magnums in general but the mid-00s Chrysler interiors are god awful, none of it presents very clean, it does not have the desirable engine (the early pentastar engines are, lets say, not great), and everywhere you drive it someone will be doing 1mph under the speed limit thinking you’re an

Sure, but that assumes people cross shopping the 2. I’m sure a lot of people do but I specifically wanted a wrangler with a bed (for, you know, truck things). I would love a 2 door wrangler but needed more utility, and I have no desire to drive a regular truck. The selling point of the gladiator (for me) was the very

So was my grandma’s house in Los Gatos in the ‘70s.  It’s now approaching $2M in value.

At 13 I was 6'+ and 220lbs. Shit, by 9 I was bigger than my mom. No way I would fit in the back of a BRZ then or now. Age restrictions don’t factor in fast growers.

I have a Gladiator and I see guys all the time talking about the deals they get, but then I see sticker prices on sport models in mid-$40k range which is less than I paid for a Rubicon (manual, soft top).  Just adding an auto trans and the 7" uconnect (the 5" is a joke, much like the base sync) the base sport hits

The NC decal says it all.  And I know from the picture exactly how it sounds, somehow amplified through the exhaust system instead of muffled in any way.

If this was at RTP there was a SEMA built dually that took up 2 spots on its own and parked in the middle of the god damn show.  I’m 6'3 and could not see the top of the hood, and this guy drove through a crowd to park in between a bunch of cars

Was this the one in RTP? I went out pretty early, didn’t see nay PAOs there. If I had I would have stayed until I found you. Took the Gladiator and parked near a couple of M1078s in the dirt, started a whole chain of trucks over there.

They’re 4' boards, and I bought a whole pallet for my house. 55 boxes. 27 in my wife’s car, 28 in mine (there are a few in the front seat). I think they were just under 40lbs/box.

It’s about 1100 lbs, plus me and I’m not small.  Yes, it was on the bump stops but I only had to go a couple miles

Next time, the bus

I’ve put 1100+lbs in my hatchback.  Only had to go a couple miles with it, definitely overloaded once I was in the car, but it worked for what I needed.  Wife’s car had an almost identical load

Mine has been a project since day 1 (should run now when I give it some gas) but I wish it was an earlier model just for ease of finding parts. All the windows and mechanisms are unique to a ‘56 and I need a few new ones, basically all the door windows. It was a mechanical disaster when I got it but slowly, and with a

I have a gladiator and an F100, I’m set on trucks

My ‘56 F100 has the tank relocated behind the axle. IMO it’s too close to the bumper and a risk in a crash but let’s be honest, nothing about this truck would be good in any kind of wreck.
