4k for the engine + 2k for the transmission (at least that’s the charge on the 3.6), and apparently no option for the wide axles (only offered in 4.10s on the 3.6 models which is not available on the diesel) even on the Rubicon. It’s seriously pricey

I’m in for that.  I generally do not like mayo - the stuff on Popeye’s sandwich is okay but I would prefer the chicken be the spicy part not the sauce

Unnecessary. The spicy sandwich is great as-is even if it could use some spice in the batter instead of just a spiced up sauce.

do we care in a real, true sense whether luxury brand x sells more vehicles than luxury brand y in a given year? I don’t

I have no formal education in financial management and my parents were never explicit with any of it. I have spent a ton of time on the internet though and I’m good at math and can grasp basic concepts of interest and balance sheets.

Until they need a complete engine replacement out of warranty with what should have been a year and a half’s worth of payments remaining (but wasn’t because it was paid off in half the time). Most people can’t pull off that kind of job.

It sill has a 9k RPM F20 and 6 gears. The back half of the body kit is ugly but the rest of the car I’m good with.

Go look at the prices for stock S2ks and tell me this guy is trying to get ANY of his money back.  This easily falls in line with those prices even at the higher mileage

My experience would have been around ‘04-’05 and it was a rental car so that adds up.

The CH-R is one of the most godawful looking things on the road.  I’ve hated it since the day I saw it.  And I like weird cars, never minded the Juke.  Just....the CH-R is awful.  And as I type that I’m not sure that it’s not the small Honda.

It’s good for owners of a 2008 model. Not good for anyone who wants a 4runner that’s been updated in the past decade.
