Jersey Mikes 5 or 13 is a fantastic sandwich

Those wheel options are all awful. I understand the aerodynamic importance of a flat, nearly solid wheel face but this honda-esque black-and-polish garbage needs to go.  I’m not much a fan of the model 3 wheels but they do not actively detract from the car’s appearance

That lede image does not tell me either of these people is hot

I make fun of the frontier because of its age but really I think it’s a very good looking truck.  Most trucks look a bit ridiculous in one way or another at this point (RAM 1500 excluded), but IMO the frontier is a handsome design.  The interior has not aged well, but I can’t fault it much after 16 years.

You should get your eyes checked

An aftermarket suspension won’t harm the chassis

I saw a car a few years back that had clearly gone through a Maaco cheapass paint job....they didn’t bother to mask properly so you could see paint overspray all in the wheel wells

Something about 400 years of chattel slavery being the first thing that comes to mind when I hear the term slave. White people (the “master”) owned black people (the “slaves”) and brutally beat and murdered them when they did not follow orders or tried to gain freedom. It became a whole big thing, the south tried to

American hotel breakfast buffets range from gross to decent.  German hotel buffets, however, are EXCELLENT and if they are gone (I doubt it, in the long run) I’m glad I got to experience them before they left.

16 miles but takes almost an hour to do it?  Nah, I’m good.  My 15 mile commute takes me 20-25 minutes.

Primary and Secondary?  Seems pretty easy

Anything under $4k around here will end up on the NP side.  Some I agree with, this is one of my dissents.  And that’s fine, this car is 11 years older than me so I have no reference for what it was in its day, I just see another boxy GM crapbox with an enormous under powered V8 and 3 lackluster gears

Same, but calling it a slave cylinder has always felt just a little weird

I’ve been contemplating a new car and realized a Gladiator checked by far the most boxes.  And if I can keep my current (paid for) car there’s really no compromises left.  Blue manual convertible go-anywhere truck?  YES PLEASE

I sincerely doubt that.  A 170hp boat would not impress me today.  I’m sure it’s comfortable but other than that no thanks

Ford going full Audi with the ST-line.

The half pair of whitewalls (white stripes?) really sets it off

$3k+ for a generic malaise era GM corporate re-brand is a screamin’ deal to you?

It’s not any worse than a Rav4 to look at

I ended up trading my ‘05 TJR because it got ~13mpg.  Highway or city, didn’t seem to matter.  I was driving a lot at the time and was at the gas station every other day, at least.
