There’s generally no consensus of love around Olive Garden or Red Lobster though (side note - red lobster is redeemable for the biscuits) like there is for cracker barrel. And those 2 places have food with some actual flavor even if they are not representative of the best the style has to offer

it’s shorter but much flimsier and has a lot less ground clearance. School buses are built like tanks, a motivated modifier could cut the body off behind the back wheels, reweld it shorter, and have fantastic approach and departure angles.  Or go with a smaller bus
