NA 1.8s are not interference, I don’t believe early NBs (up to ‘01 or ‘02, pre-VVT) are either

There is no one in this world I would expect to like less than Travis Pastrana, if only out of pure jealousy.

I’m familiar with it, hence why I never work with it on.  Many times I have considered going with a silicone one for daily wear but haven’t done it yet

Your brother in law has all the tools necessary to remove that ring hanging on his tool belt. It won’t be repairable, but in a moment of crisis that’s the least of my concern.

my feet are a little smaller, I tend to wear a 10.5 4E but can kick it to an 11 in some shoes. I went through a Nike phase but those have gone to shit recently, and QC/fit on them is spotty. Had a pair of NBs I really liked but could not find the right size replacement. My last ones have been under armours that have

I spot a 56" US General top and bottom box with side cabinet. Not a bad choice if you have to buy exactly one thing from HF

I have hammers for that

As a wide-foot haver I would do damn near anything to buy a pair of shoes that isn’t black. I have a pair of gray boots, a couple pairs of gray works shoes, and once found a pair of NBs with a reddish sole.

My wedding ring is tungsten carbide.  On top of being stupidly heavy for its size it’s similar to constantly wearing one ring of a set of brass knuckles.  It will do some damage.

I’ve had good experiences with the RainX for about 7 years now, I’ll keep using them until they let me down

My thought as well.  IME RainX Latitudes seem to do the best job for the longest time and I get about a year out of them.  And it doesn’t rain that much around here.  I put on a set of Tricos once and a set of Bosch Icons once and both were garbage in 6 months

Admittedly I had done a bit of prep work beforehand but day of was a 12 hour day to have the engine back in and the car running without any missing pieces so I’m claiming victory

It would be fun in my ‘56 F100 but it’s already set up for a drop and I really don’t want to cut the front suspension out

A lot of these are done on S10 frames as well, they have pretty narrow frame rails and very simple and abundant front spindle setups for an easy drop. Plus the wheelbases for various models work out well for adaptations.

The cheaper option is almost always to keep your car going.

Counterpoint:  I swapped a whole damn engine in 12 hours.  I’ll take on a trailer hitch

I replaced the engine in my daily, but that was out of necessity. No work on my project truck while I prep and build a new deck on the house. Having a house is like a project car you work on with a bunch of saws and hammers

So what you’re saying is the Pro-4X is still by far the cheapest flagship offroad small truck you can buy new

Agreed, this is a parts disaster waiting to happen

The 8 series would like a word
