There are about 3 streets that it would be feasible to close to vehicles where I live, and only 1 that would make any sense at all. 2010 Mazdaspeed3.  It had to have been the crank timing gear or cam timing gear(s).  The bottom end is in tact but all the valves are stuck full open.  This engine does not have a keyed crank and relies on friction washers to hold everything in place....I’ve driven one of these engines for 150k miles and never had…

IMO the current fords look much better than the pre-facelift, the RAM looks a little worse (not bad) than the previous exterior but the interior completely makes up for it, and Chevy, as always, is butt ugly.  But chevy fans are going to buy them anyway.

Neutral: My car slipped timing this weekend. I had a tough decision to make about it and started looking at cars in the mean time, figuring this would be a good time to get into something newer.

I’ve never liked these cars (or porsche 914s), which is good because there’s no way I could ever drive one. I’ve stood next to them and they make every other car you’ve ever seen look huge.
