Could be that being an able bodied kid rather than a "cripple", if Ragnar acknowledged the kid as his son, he just would have been killed. He probably figured by denying him, it would save the kid's life.

That it did. I highly recommend it.

I actually cried seeing him walk all purposefully down the street in his uniform with groceries for his family all proud of him for getting his life together. Lol…I take this show way too personally.

My teenage son was behaving like a total d-bag and all it took was us changing the locks and locking him out a couple of times and it straightened his ass right up. Every time he begins to step out of line I remind him that he doesn't own a key to the deadbolt and it usually turns his behavior around very quick, lol.

He's the worst! He needs to go!

And that sanctimonious old dickhead blaming Frank when he should have given a helping hand to his poor grandchildren!

Omg I didn't even realize that was her!

Yes

He didn't write Mom, gen wrote Monica, unless there was some background writing I didn't catch.

when you think of the destruction meth causes it's hard to redeem selling it as a positive advancement for a character

I think it's in keeping with who Fiona is. Yes she used Carl's money but the damage was already done there. By profiting from that meth, how many other families get destroyed like theirs? And they would be responsible. Also their situation before that was much more dire. There is hope at the ends of their tunnels now.

I think she snapped into shape after she almost lost her baby. Debbie has always been a caretaker, so while it was a very quick cleanup, it's not completely unbelievable. I like the fact that Frank mentioned that Monica was in all of them and in Deb's case, her desire to weld comes from her mom's side. Grandpa Bill

That trailer is amazing! But not more amazing than Ivar's hair. Damn that kid is blessed.

Oh absolutely, I agree!

Well I feel dumb! I'm sorry I jumped to a conclusion about you without knowing anything about you. My family is very dysfunctional and I have a cousin who is a social worker and another that has her doctorate in psychology and we talk at length very often about how the abuse of parents in our family as well as in the

I have to say, I'm very drawn to charismatic, smart bad guys who struggle to find their way. It not only makes me try to analyze the character and what makes them likeable, but I also find myself looking into my own psyche to try to figure out what makes me so willing to disregard a character's atrocities and root for

I didn't call you dead inside, I said "you" but didn't mean you personally, sorry about that. And the truth is, as a person that didn't suffer that kind of neglect and abuse, you can only speculate how you would react to the death of your abusive parent. I understand the point you are making though.

That crawl is completely terrifying.

She plays the long game pretty well. She waited till her wedding day to kill her fiancé. I guess it's not completely out of character for her to wait until she amassed the power to finally exact revenge on Aslaug too. I bet she's a helluva chess player.

I loved that whole scene.
