With the advancements in audio processing over the past decade, autotune, melodyne, and others, they could probably produce the same album today with them "actually" singing. Even though their singing would be thanks to technology rather than talent, the public would treat the technological lipstick as less egregious

This is one of those things that, like some people, is only attractive if you look at it from juuuust the right angle.

Isn't a signal sent if and when the ejection seat is triggered, and wouldn't there be a GPS in the pilot's uniform for just this kind of scenario (at least in a training exercise)?

OR.... you could just get an equally good or better D/A converter, and output uncompressed or high resolution audio files from a hard drive into the converter and save a few thousand dollars.

@djdare: Serato may have assigned something like 83 BPM instead of 130 (or higher) if it thinks a quarter note is an eighth note by accident. Although the mistake is usually exactly half, like 80 instead of 160. But when that happens, that's why.
