Sounds like it was scanned. Scanners normally can normally do jpg tiff or pdf.

I wouldn’t say I’m an older Anime fan, having got into anime in the late 90's early 00's, but it was still rough. Especially since I was young and wasn’t able to talk my parents into renting an expensive cartoon from a weird comic book shop.

Truth, the Mozilla thing always kills me. He lost his life work because of a view that after 6 years, even he could have changed his own mind on (though he probably didn’t). All those kind of things do is shut down the conversation, which is why the internet is so interesting.
