Out of curiosity, did you just get the first amount and never look at it again, or did you spend countless nights doing stuff with it?

It actually makes me a little happy that this turned out to be incorrect. While it’s sad that the kid only discovered a 15 year old field on Google maps, now I can say that I did that same thing and I didn’t have to contact NASA.
