I recently had a lot of trouble with DELL sales after a botched order. I was polite in my calls to them to resolve the problem (over 3-week period and half-dozen calls). I was not impressed by either their customer service folks and neither was I given any deals or promos to keep me as a customer. I am still waiting

I've been using QS for a long time and have been a bit frustrated because it had trouble finding some apps on my Mac, especially if there were not in the Applications folder.

How do you use a 6-digit text number with these type of apps? They all seem to want a 10-digit number. How would you text to a number that you typically see on TV shows or commercials?

I use Evernote to capture the page with the job description, and file it in a "Jobs Applied" notebook; since it also captures the time and date, I can use it for reference when I get contacted about that job.

Wish they would allow and make it work on AppleTV.

I am on a do-not-call list; but, I have received numerous such calls (and junk mail letters) in the recent months. Don't recall any in the past couple weeks. When did the injunction go into effect?

Is everyone having choppy playback issues with Hulu on AppleTV with Boxee?

I think TeamViewer is a better option. They don't require you to sign-up for an account.

I've been using Tracfone for a few years. Buy $20 card for 3-months of service ($80/yr). The $20 card gives me 60 mins; but using their promo-codes, I can sometimes get 30 to 60 additional minutes; plus every time I renew, my unused minutes roll-over.

@Samu Wade: I had the same problem, where the Glims session saver was not working correctly and the Evernote Safari button would disappear on every launch. It seems to be fixed after an Evernote update last week.

@Oneshot417: Same here. I got tired of the number of problems with Terracopy and uninstalled it. It was taking longer to Terracopy than the normal Windows copy operation. Will give RichCopy a shot and see how it does.

Seems like, Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Affordable Healthcare is what we are all after in this country.

It sucks when you know what's wrong with you but need a doctor to write a prescription for it.@GeoffCJ:

I never got on the cable bandwagon; didn't think it was economical for watching selected number of shows or movie. I'm perfectly happy with OTA DTV to my analog TV and HULU to catch shows that I missed.

I don't have an iPod, so no iPod.plist; but Eris's solution worked for me. Thanks!

I use Skype for video chat with family overseas.

How is this better than Letterbox?

I've tried Mint (for about a year), Buxfer, Yodlee and Quicken Online; they all have various shortcomings.

When I bought a laptop last year, I bid on ebay for a week or two for refurb and "slightly used" laptops, but never snagged one.

I do the 50/25/25 with most of my clients on projects with a long timeline. The payments are tied to milestones so there is a clear understanding as to what the client receives when and what's due to me at that time.
