Losing count of how many times I’ve wondered what is happening to this world in the past year.

I was chatting with a friend of mine in Germany about this literally moments ago. He says that German media is reporting that the victim was the attacker’s romantic partner and was pregnant.

Sort of hate the title of this article.

The motive for the attack is unclear, though the German paper Stuttgarter Zeitung reports that both the perpetrator and the victim were employed at the same restaurant, and that the suspect drew the blade following an argument.

That happened to me in first grade . I was waiting in line with the rest of my class and the 2 boys behind me were lifting up my skirt and checking out my bloomers . I pushed my skirt down and asked them to stop and don’t do that . They kept found it and I probably should have punched them but I was the shy quiet kid…

Me too (karma). And I usually suck it up too. In fact, I was older before I had the stones to report this guy - but I hated the gig and figured if they did fire me it would be no great loss. Plus, the sack of shit had a daughter - so I am sure he’s paying for his scumbaggery in one way or another.

I went to HR exactly once in my 40 year career about harassment and was fired the next fucking DAY.

This is so abhorrent and disgusting. It's getting pretty hard not to hate my gender at this point. I thank my parents on an almost daily basis for the fact that I have always treated everyone with the utmost respect, regardless of race, gender, sexual identity, etc.

Similarly, I don’t know anyone — male or female — who hadn’t at least once in their life used the other sex’s bathroom because of an oh-my-god-i’m-going-to-shit-my-pants moment. And yet, nobody harmed the children.

In my thirty years on this planet I’ve seen a stranger’s junk in the restroom exactly zero times, and that’s including using the urinal troughs at Tiger Stadium. Does the technique of minding your own fucking business not work for these people?
