Gamers have access to basically every game without having to leave their home. And there are better places to buy collectibles. Where does that leave GameStop? It is not sustainable for GameStop to operate a money losing business.

The tone of that email definitely conveys positivity and optimism toward the company, it's future, and his own leadership 

If I ever recieved an email.like.that I would sharpen up my resume asap. 

This company should have gone out of business years ago. A ridiculous YouTube channel and a bunch of gullible people managed to keep it alive for an extra few years. Just put it out of its misery.
