Some might say that BEV’s may ‘make sense’ for a lot of people, and they theoretically might. But the market has shown that most of them (myself included) just don’t want one.

With Nissan being in dire financial straits, plus the burgeoning pandemic-driven global recession, it might be a miracle if Nissan even survives three more years, let alone launch a niche sports car like the Z.

My how far the once-mighty have fallen. The same company that in the past had the stones and guts to build a prototype turbine car, now is so conservative and afraid of risk that they buy their sports cars from Subaru (BRZ/86) and BMW (Supra).
