But my point is that this should have happened back in 2003 when they purchased Buell outright.. That ship has WELL sailed now.
Ok...but Harley could not fix that easily? Really? They address the problems of the “Buell” bike and re-release it as a “H-D Buell” or whatever with the issues fixed and a Harley Factory Warranty. Do bikes in Yellow, Red and Blue in addition to basic black and white. Make ads featuring women riding.
They should have kept Dusty Baker. Team has no personality and direction now.
I owned one of the mini bikes back in the early 80's. I think Harley’s management team is still bitter.
I don’t think he is scoffing at the ATTEMPT per se, I think he (and most others) feel it is too little, too late.
